Internal Medicine Frontline Trainee Support
Click on "DONATE NOW" to make a contribution in support of BUMC Internal Medicine Trainees
Our Internal Medicine physicians are on the frontlines of combatting COVID-19. Several friends of our community have reached out to inquire about how they can show their support. If you are looking for a way to join us in this effort, please reach out! We'd love to hear from you.
FOOD: if you wish to show your support by sponsoring (lunch/dinner/snacks), we are accepting donations which we will gladly use to purchase food. The logistics of this require our internal team's attention, so please reach out if you have a specific request you want us to explore. Otherwise, we will use the funds to purchase food from our routine vendors. Simply click on the "Donate Now" button to contribute to our food for frontline physicians' fund.
MESSAGES: If you would like to share a message of support with our Department of Medicine physicians at the start of our weekly Grand Rounds conference (via Zoom), please send photos, drawings, messages to: fatimajc@bu.edu. We will share these weekly.
OTHER: If you would like to consult with a member of the Internal Medicine Residency Program Office team to discuss other ways to contribute, please contact us at Internalmed.Boston@bmc.org and we will get back to you right away.
If you are interested in making a donation to the broader Boston Medical Center community please visit: https://www.bmc.org/covid19relief - Here you will find information about donating funding, PPE and other need supplies, as well as volunteer opportunities across the institution.
Thank you for your support!
